Rippen Radiators & Heat exchangers Pvt. Ltd.
Aluminium Extruded Fin Tubes are most efficient Heat Exchanger tubes used to transfer the process heat and to gain maximum efficiency.
Extruded Finned tubes maximises Heat Surface Area & Heat Transfer Area with tubes. The amount of heat transferred from a particular surface is directly correlated to the surface area available for the heat to transfer. Therefore, increasing the HTA as a whole maximises overall Heat Transfer Efficiency of any Heat Exchanger. These Tubes have heat transfer capabilities.
These fins are formed by muff around the tube. This process creates strong joint which enhances the heat transfer. These tubes are used in application of high operating temperatures and the tube is protected fully against atmospheric corrosion.
Extruded Dins features 40% more aluminium than comparable fins which makes it sturdier and more resistant to mechanical stress.
These fins can be of various types , made of various materials and designed in various ways depending on the end requirement. Inner tube of various materials, and two metal tubes are rolled and machined to improve thermal conductivity and its sustainability. Excellent corrosion protection of the tube and Maximum Heat
Extruded finned tubes are bimetallic finned tubes whose outer aluminium surface is finned by cold deformation.
