Intergral Fin Tubes

Aluminium Extruded Fin Tubes are most efficient Heat Exchanger tubes used to transfer the process heat and to gain maximum efficiency.

Integral Finned Tubes were developed to increase the heat transfer performance of fluids while reducing the physical size and cost of the heat exchanger. In these tubes fins are rolled out of the wall hence are integral with the tube. Fins are formed from the base tube by rolling out material from its wall.

These finned tubes can be manufactured from most tubular materials and the hardness of the material usually determines the finning code or fin profile.

OUR WORKS & MANUFACTURING SET-UP:

We transformed in as a Pvt. Ltd Company in 1995. Along with the formation of Private Limited Company we have taken major steps in enhancing our manufacturing facilities.

Our main workshop is in Ahmedabad, Moriya Industrial Zone. It is one of the major Industrial Zones in GUJARAT state in India. Our workshop is in area of around 65,000 Ft2 of Land, out of which 16,000 Ft2 is Shed Area for fabrication and 14,000 Ft2 of covered area for precision machinery.

We have sound setup department for design and drawing. Specialized set-up has been streamlined to provide a faster and more efficient service to guarantee the delivery of quality controlled products on-time, every time.
