‘L’ Type FinTube

The L type FinTube popularly L – footed Fin tubing offers maximum heat transfer at low-temperature . This is a unique type shaped L which holds Fin rigidly with stand maximum heating cycle and higher velocity air vibrations. L type fintubes are cost controlled compared to G type fin tubes and extruded type fin tubes. These fins are attached to the outer surface of a base tube, which increases the surface area of the tube and enhances its heat transfer performance. L shaped fins have flat top and tapered bottom.

L type fintubes are used most in air cool heat exchange, such as Radiators, condensers and evaporators, also in Industrial process heating and cooling appliances.

L type fintubes are wrapped around base tube with iterations of fin base.
